KADDU KI SABZI (PUMPKIN CURRY) most resemble SRK
INGREDIENTS :
3/4 kg. Red/Yellow pumpkin, peeled and cubed
3 red Chillies, broken into pieces
1/2 tsp. Cumin seeds/ mustard seeds
3 tbsps. Oil
1/2 tsp. Turmeric powder
1 tbsp. Sugar
Salt to taste
PROCEDURE :
Heat oil; add mustard and cumin seeds, red chillies and turmeric powder.
Add the pumpkin pieces and stir-fry.
Add ½ cup water, sugar and salt.
Cook till done.

INGREDIENTS :
Large Chicken pieces -8
Yogurt -11/4 cup
Lime Juice -2 tbs
Chopped Onion -½
Dried Red Chillies -3-4
Coriander Seeds -2 tsp
Crushed Garlic -2 cloves
Grated Ginger -1″ piece
Clove -1-2
Garam Masala -2 tsp
Chilli powder -2 tsp
Salt to taste
PROCEDURE :
Make slits in the flesh of the chicken pieces and rub lime juice and salt over them.
Keep aside for half an hour.
Grind dried chillies, coriander seeds, ginger, garlic and clove together.
Mix the paste with garam masala and chilli powder.
Heat a pan and sauté the masala.
Add onions and fry.
Pour yogurt and stir well. Remove the pan from fire.
Arrange chicken pieces in a dish and pour over the yogurt mixture.
Refrigerate the marinade overnight or at least for 4-6 hours.
Arrange the chicken on a broiler tray cook it in a pre-heated oven for 20-30 minutes or brush oil over the chicken pieces and cook in a gas stove turning over till both sides are done.
Keep pouring oil and masala over the chicken pieces in between.

Chat masala as per taste

PROCEDURE :
First, mix a small quantity of dough and spread it in the shape of a chappati.
Mix dry fruits, fried onions, grated cottage cheese and some chat Masala and fill it in the chappati.
Now wrap this and again make it into the shape of a chappati.
Heat the tawa and put the small jug of brandy over it and at the other side, put the prepared parantha over it.
Turn it from time to time and apply butter over it.
Now make the parantha out of it

Grated cottage cheese 2 table spoons
Chopped onions 2 table spoons
Roasted poppadom 1
Melted butter 2 tablespoons
PROCEDURE :
First, mix a small quantity of dough and spread it in the shape of a chappati.
Stuff roasted and crushed papadom and chopped onions in it.
Now wrap it gently.
Now make it into the shape of a chappati.
Put it over the tawa.
After 2 minutes, turn it so that it can cook up well.
Now apply some butter over the parantha.
Turn it and again and apply some butter over it.
Enjoy this with curd or tea.
INGREDIENTS :
Khoya – 1 table spoon
Diced cottage cheese – 250gms
Butter – 2 table spoons
Boiled mint leaves paste – 2 table spoons
Onion paste- 1 table spoon
Black pepper powder as per taste
Copra powder – 1 table spoon
Fresh cream – 2 table spoons
Salt as per taste
PROCEDURE :
Heat a pan and put some butter in it and let it melt.
Then put boiled mint leave paste.
Now stir it well so that the mint paste will get the actual flavour of butter.
Add salt, black pepper powder, copra powder, Khoya and mix this well for about two minutes.
After this add the diced cottage cheese in it.
Now mix this well.
After this pour fresh cream in it. Now stir this so that the ingredients will not stick to the base of the pan.
Cook this for another 10 minutes.
Now take this out in a plate and enjoy the dish with rice or butter Nan.
INGREDIENTS :
Mix seasonal boiled vegetable- ½ kg
Oil - 2 table spoons
Red chilli powder - 1 tea spoon
Copra powder – 1 table spoon
Black pepper powder – as per taste
Khoya – 1 table spoon
Garam Masala powder - 1 tea spoon
Cashewnut paste - 1 table spoon
Boiled spinach paste – 2 table spoons
Onion paste - 1 table spoon
Salt as per taste
PROCEDURE :
Heat a pan and pour some oil in it.
Put all the boiled vegetables in it and sauté them for about 5 minutes.
Add salt, red chilli powder, Garam Masala, copra powder, black pepper powder and Khoya in it and mix this well.
Stir this so that it does not stick to the base of the pan.
Now add the boiled spinach paste, onion paste and cashewnut paste in it and stir this again.
Cook this for about 5 minutes.
After this take this out in a plate.
Enjoy the dish with rice or stuffed paratha.

Bread slices – 2
Ready made Paneer Tikka slice – 1
Chopped onions and tomatoes – 50gms
Chopped coriander leaves and green chillies – 50gms
Black pepper powder – 1 teaspoon
White pepper powder – 1 teaspoon

PROCEDURE :
First take one bread slice and spread a tablespoon of mayonnaise over it.
Now, take the ready-made Paneer Tikka slice and cut it into 4 to 5 slices.
Paneer Tikka slice is easily available in the market.
After this, put the sliced Paneer Tikka slices over the bread.
Spread chopped onions, tomatoes, coriander leaves, and green chillies over it.
Now, sprinkle black pepper powder, salt and white pepper powder over it.
After this, take another slice of bread so that the sandwich can be made.
Now, spread some mayonnaise and mint curd chutney over it.
Put this bread slice over another slice of bread, which was kept aside.
